Authentication Setup

Sign In Process

eeV.ai uses secure email and password authentication with additional security features.

Requirements

• Valid email address
• Strong password meeting security criteria:
  • At least 8 characters
  • Contains uppercase and lowercase letters
  • Includes numbers and special characters
  • Maximum 20 characters

Sign In Steps

1. Navigate to the sign-in page
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Enter your password
4. Click "Sign In"

Role-Based Redirection

After successful authentication, users are automatically redirected based on their role:

• Super Admin: Redirected to /super-admin dashboard
• Agent Admin: Redirected to /agent-admin dashboard

Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

For enhanced security, eeV.ai supports 2-factor authentication:

1. Enable MFA in your account settings
2. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app
3. Enter the verification code during sign-in

Password Security

Password Requirements

• Minimum 8 characters, maximum 20 characters
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter
• Must contain at least one lowercase letter
• Must contain at least one number
• Must contain at least one special character

Password Reset

If you forget your password:

1. Click "Forgot Password" on the sign-in page
2. Enter your email address
3. Check your email for reset instructions
4. Follow the link to create a new password

Account Registration

New users can create accounts through the sign-up process:

1. Click "Sign Up" from the sign-in page
2. Fill in required information
3. Verify your email address
4. Complete the onboarding process
